Unknown Homeless Man and His Dog in San Francisco
Meet Joe he and his dog have lived on the streets for a couple years now.
This kid needs a break and a job.
He has made major life changes and will be successful.
Joe lives with his dog Baby on the streets of San Francisco.
Some citizens are afraid of his service dog and they shouldn't be she is a BABY.
Joe is a young kid who has many years left.
He has successfully beat an addiction to speed.
Thus the reason for sleeping on this end of town.Mostly non druggie homeless stay here.
The homeless crowd here is just not scandalous.
They still pass through.
That was beating the odds and now he is playing catch up.
He will continue to excel if he has the resources.

Wanting to distance myself from being homeless sometimes for obvious reasons I have another blog that I find some citizens read.

That became evident when I did not have a computer for about a month recently and found my daily hits going from about 1,000 to 350 quickly

I have found that when one writes about a disaster the hits can really climb to over 2000 for awhile and that is cool too. Cool they are reading it again because it climbed to over 450 quickly.Then over 600.Ya all are reading my silly ass again

I am still in Downtown most of the time and will introduce many local pictures that I feel will work to get the point across that there are way too many citizens living a substandard life that are covered by the Social Security Act of 1935 and the best thing that could happen for the community is for these CITIZENS to receive the proper resources.
This has become a tall order due to the numerous system abusers.
Imagine working for thirty years just to find the safety net broken and some abusive addicted citizens who have used the safety net as a HAMMOCK FOR THIRTY YEARS and now they are no less than LIFETIME DEPENDENTS.
That has to fought with every resource available when many of the boomers who now need help have worked and find a sad state of affairs.
THEY DWINDLE IN THE STREETS AS CARE FOR CRACKHEAD GOOFS Get priority.
LEFTOVERS FROM THE DRUG WAR
San Francisco is a wealthy city !!!
There isn't even a decent drop in to handle holidays.
This taxes the system when ambulances are called.
That's if an ambulance is called and not a MEDICAL EXAMINER.
Like the one that arrived on Nov 29th last year when winter came early and took a life.
At 520 Montgomery in a doorway.
This mentally disturbed Gentleman with an impish grin shuffled around for six months before the cold was so bad be did succumb to the indignity.He died in a box NO BLANKETS.
How many citizens care ?
They only care when it costs too much later !!
HOW ABOUT SPENDING SOME CASH SOONER
GENERAL HOSPITAL KNOWS THUS TO BE TRUE.
The Corporate indignity of it all.

Sapphire Lounge BOOZE and Bad Behavior in The Financial District
The Sapphire Lounge is Having more than one late night event a month.Last week they had Black Friday and had a very Classy and well behaved group of citizens.
Then the Sapphire lounge has a party on This Friday night the 3rd of December and they were having a FUN Party.The scene was loud but very respectful and just having fun.There was a group however that seemed to bring the party OUTSIDE and they became too loud and so rowdy that the police showed up.
The OUTSIDE crowd had become VERY LOUD and OBNOXIOUS at about 12:30 am and the Cops showed up shortly after to tell them To STOP.

There best Bet would be TO INSIST that the Guys who are showing off and Turning The Outside Scene into a PARTY louder than the Inside scene,Then with YOUNGER KIDS on the scene there will be issues.
I Personally Don't want the Normal Parties these Kids throw to ever become a CRIME SCENE.They would agree,I KNOW IT!
If I Had My Way there would be NO ALCOHOL served and it would be replaced with CANNABIS laced Healthy Food and Drinks.Alcohol consumption is a scene that seems to get STUPID after Midnight if there is a Crowd of drunks.
This happens when the customers are TOO YOUNG.I know I am an OLD FART but I am not a Party Pooper.I say let the Party Go On just CHILL The IDIOTS who are being way TOO LOUD after midnight when there are residents that live in an Apartment on the corner.That don't bother me and I am HOMELESS.They are respectful for the most Part REALLY!I like theses Kids and seriously think it would be messed up if the LOUD IDIOTS can't learn to CHILL.

Then the Sapphire lounge has a party on This Friday night the 3rd of December and they were having a FUN Party.The scene was loud but very respectful and just having fun.There was a group however that seemed to bring the party OUTSIDE and they became too loud and so rowdy that the police showed up.
The OUTSIDE crowd had become VERY LOUD and OBNOXIOUS at about 12:30 am and the Cops showed up shortly after to tell them To STOP.
I have seen quite a few drunks leave the Sapphire lounge wasted drunk and then proceeding to drive a car.The Crowd last Friday made A POINT to have designated drivers.I heard one guy arguing with someone telling him not to drive and the guy listened and they partied more.That is a real friend when you take the keys and wont give them back until their on MUNI or in a Cab.
There are many responsible drinkers out there.Most of them are and they have a Great Time in San Francisco's awesome nightlife.The sad reality is the IDIOTS STICK OUT they are Loud obnoxious and want to fight Anyone,anything and Everyone.
The Crowd didn't seem too wasted last Friday.They were normal just a few hooters and howlers that are funny.Very well behaved.Mostly because of the age discrepancies.
The way the troublesome youngsters behave it is a matter of Time before there will be an ACCIDENT.
One of the worse DUI violators I have ever seen are the OLDER Russians at the little restaurant on Commercial street and Leidsdorff leaving wasted on Vodka,VERY expensive Single Malt and Cognac twice a month on Friday or Saturday night.They drive very expensive cars like Mercedes ,Audi's and BMW's and are very wealthy so they get over.They get wasted and have drunken Karaoke for a couple hours.They are hilarious yet dangerous when they drive.So The Sapphire hardly has the worse DUI offenders.They have a few though!

The Issue is no Kidding Matter though.Booze and irresponsible drivers don't mix.When the Party becomes so out of control that the outside SCENE becomes confusing to the citizens who happen upon the scene.There are residents nearby and a Hotel a Block away.The Bentley Reserve seems to Control the Outside Scene Better and They have HUGE PARTIES.The Bentley Reserve will not let the Car parkers become Rowdy The Guards break them Up.They give them a few minutes and then they have to disperse or the Police will be called.
The POINT IS when control is Maintained there will be no problem and VOLUME is part of the CONTROL.The Speaker at the door has TO GO.Keep the Party Contained and You will become a Party Central.Eventually get the Overflow from all the Nearby Venues.
Sapphire Lounge needs more Black Friday Crowds.They were GREAT.I talked with some of the promoters and they were upbeat and classy.I talked with quite a few that night and had a few Laughs.They liked the club it has nice acoustics.IT ROCKS.The Scene is Small yet INTENSE.That is what they wanted.The Intensity better not turn to DRAMA.This Club can become one of the Great Small Clubs if they KEEP the OUTSIDE SCENE in CHECK.
